The name of our company, Chrysalis, embodies the transformative and resilient nature of the chrysalis that a caterpillar retreats into as a part of its metamorphic journey.
It represents the innate potential for growth, transformation and change that lies dormant within each of us. Through empowerment, the chrysalis helps individuals, teams and organisations to navigate change and reach their full potential.
As an organsation, we seek to mimic the protective embrace of the chrysalis. In the way that the cocoon is anchored to a solid point that holds it in place during the transformation process, our mindfully trained presenters and facilitators create a safe and containing environment that allows for individuals to confront their fears, insecurities, and limiting beliefs, shedding the layers of their old selves to reveal the beauty and potential that lie beneath.

The butterfly, serves as a powerful symbol of transformation, resilience, and potential. Just as the caterpillar undergoes an incredible metamorphosis within its chrysalis, emerging as a magnificent butterfly, our clients embark on a journey of self-discovery, and growth. The butterfly logo represents the inherent potential within each individual to transcend limitations, embrace change, and soar to new heights of fulfillment and success.
